Greater Bay Area Cultural District Development

UrbanEyes have been appointed to masterplan a cultural district development in one of the key cities within the Greater Bay Area. Located in the CBD with easy access to Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macau, the challenge is to deliver several public planning gains as part of comprehensive development scheme. Working closely with both the client and the government, the various cultural buildings, public parks and metro station are weaved into the new work places and communities seamlessly. This is the third project for the Hong Kong listed developer in recent months, and more information will be announced shortly.
