Urban Design Director

Responsibilities	Lead urban design studio and projects Manage clients and team Prepare bids and presentations Involve in business development and strategic growth Engage in thought leadership activities Willing to travel domestically and overseas
Qualifications	15 years or above post-graduate experience Relevant university qualification in a related discipline Experience in similar role or show attributes to step up Hands-on technical skills a must China experience preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

Qualifications	3-10 years or above post-graduate experience Relevant university qualification in a related discipline Experience in similar role or show attributes to step up Hands-on technical skills a must China experience preferred but not essential

Urban Consultants (all levels)

Responsibilities	Manage and deliver urban industrial, economics, real estate and policy research projects under the leadership of consulting director Lead or participate in client liaison and project presentation Prepare materials for and involve in business development Engage in thought leadership activities Willing to travel domestically and overseas
Qualifications	3-10 years or above post-graduate experience Relevant university qualification in a related discipline Experience in similar role or show attributes to step up Experience in urbanisation, urban development, industrial planning, tourism planning and project positioning preferred Chinese proficiency and China experience a must

Assistant and Graduate Urban Planners, Designers and Consultants

Responsibilities	Deliver assigned tasks and projects under the leadership of technical directors Participate in client liaison and project presentation Prepare materials for and involve in business development Engage in thought leadership activities Willing to travel domestically and oversea
Qualifications	Up to 3-10 years post-graduate experience Relevant university qualification in a related discipline Experience in similar role or show attributes to step up Hands-on technical skills a must Demonstrate a high level of initiative, creativity and responsibility China experience preferred
