A market-focused masterplan is prepared for a cultural retail and entertainment street, commercial and office complexes, residential apartments and convention and exhibition centre on a prime waterfront site adjoining a major public transport hub that provides regional ferry and metro services to Hong Kong, Macau and the rest of Guangdong Province.

A real estate market and development finance study was conducted to assess the potential investment return for the Hong Kong listed developer. Technically, the challenge of the existing disconnected multi-modal transportation along the new waterfront site was resolved through the creation of an integrated TOD and sports and leisure design.
