Taking advantage of its strategic location close to the port to Hainan Island and the new high-speed railway station, the project aims to develop and upgrade the existing facilities based on its famous agricultural base and integrate it with the local culture and heritage to create a new tourism destination. Upon completion, the newly awarded 3A scenic designation status will provide agricultural, tourism, events, cultural and entertainment attractions through ecologically sensitive designs that blend in with the natural environment and landscape.
