The project is situated in the 38 square kilometres Dinglong Bay Coastal Town in Guangdong Province. The plan proposes three major economic drivers including tourism, healthcare and education. The project team was involved in the integration of the UK private school St. Bees School into the site.

The proposed integrated industry and property business model is necessary for the future expansion of the larger Dinglong Bay Coastal Town project which the team has been involved in since the beginning in 2005. The education township will help nurture, attract and develop young talents in the Greater Bay Area and provide the necessary resources to unlock the development potential of this substantial project and opportunities in west Guangdong.
